Housing Aid

The Springs Advice Centre provides advice and advocacy on housing, debt, benefits, dealing with tenancy problems, disrepair, harassment and unlawful eviction, mortgage and rent arrears, dealing with debt and entitlement to benefits. Click here for more information.

Mortgage Assistance

The Mortgage Assistance Loan Scheme helps local residents who are struggling with mortgage payments. The programme is specifically aimed at homeowners who are at risk of losing their homes through repossession. Click here for more information.
